Wedding Day Itinerary
We’ve put together a relaxed timeline so everyone can enjoy the celebration at their own pace. Here’s how the day will flow:
Morning & Ceremony
- 6:00 – 6:10pm — Guests arrive and gather in The Chapel Chamber
The Groom and Officiant will help direct you to a spot. Please keep the center line clear for the photographer. - 6:10 – 6:30pm — Ceremony
Processional, Welcome & Opening Remarks, Opening Prayer, Short Message About Marriage, Scripture Reading, Personal Vows, Traditional Vows, Exchange of Rings, Declaration of Intent, Pronouncement of Marriage, First Kiss, and Recessional.
Photos & Refreshments
- 6:30 – 6:45pm — Family Formals (15 min)
Tori the photographer will help direct the flow. Once you’re done with your photo, please proceed to the upper pavilion for light refreshments. - 6:45 – 7:05pm — First Dance & Champagne Toast (20 min)
Enjoy some light refreshments while several guests will be selected to use bubble guns to help create some magic for the Bride and Groom’s First Dance. Towards the end of the dance, you’ll be directed toward the Event Center where the reception will be held.
If you haven’t had a chance to pan for gold with your kids, this is the best time to do so! - 7:05 – 7:30pm — Couple Portraits & Private Moment (25 min)
Head on up to the reception area and enjoy some snacks and drinks while we take photos.
Reception
- 7:30 – 9:15pm — Reception at the Event Center
- Grand Entrance — Several guests will be given confetti poppers to use during the Bride and Groom’s entrance. Tori will give everyone a heads up right before we enter!
- Mingle & Games — Please feel free to catch up or get to know your new family member! Games will be present for both kids and adults to play at their leisure. Feel free to bring any personal favorites you may have.
- Dinner is Breakfast! — Please enjoy Egg and Hashbrown Casserole, Biscuits and Gravy, Bacon, and Sausage.
- Cake Cutting — Cake will be cut before 8pm and served alongside Pastries with Coffee, Orange Juice, Sparkling Cider, Mimosas, or Yuengling. Please drink responsibly!
Farewells
- 9:15 – 10:00pm — Farewells and Final Cleanup
Can’t Make It Down to the Ceremony?
No worries at all! If you’re unable to make it down to the ceremony or photos by the cave, simply head directly to the Event Center (reception area). Light snacks and drinks will be available starting around 7:05pm, and we’ll kick off the Grand Entrance right at 7:30pm. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
